In August 2023, modified ethanol imports were 4.255 tons, an increase of 3.063 tons or 256.96% from the previous month. From January to August 2023, the cumulative import volume was 63.58 tons, a decrease of 2.063 tons or 3.14% compared with the same period last year.
The export of modified ethanol in August 2023 was 25.92 tons, an increase of 2.66 tons or 11.44% from the previous month. The cumulative exports from 1 to 8 in 2023 were 87.22 tons, a decrease of 1888.871 tons or 95.59% compared with the same period last year.
Unmodified ethanol imports in August 2023 were 8.459 tons, an increase of 2.37 tons or 38.92% from the previous month. From January to August 2023, the cumulative import volume was 52.042 tons, a decrease of 108.178 tons or 67.52% compared with the same period last year.
The export of unmodified ethanol in August 2023 was 1,485.529 tons, an increase of 797.399 tons or 115.88% from the previous month. From January to August 2023, the cumulative export volume was 8,640.15 tons, an increase of 4,694.15 tons or 118.96% compared with the same period last year.
