On September 28, Arkema announced that it would expand its organic peroxide production capacity at its Changshu Industrial Base in China by 2.5 times. This investment of approximately €50 million will enable the Group to support Asian customers in fast-growing markets, especially in the renewable energy sector.

The group’s expansion of its organic peroxide business in China is a follow-up to its announcement in 2022 that it will increase its organic peroxide production capacity in India by 70%, as well as the launch of Luperox® 101 in Günzburg, Germany this summer.
