In order to support the development of Ningbo 246 industrial cluster, promote the upgrading of Beilun’s green petrochemical industry, achieve higher-quality development in the region, and enhance the operation and profitability of state-owned enterprises in Beilun District, Beilun District Communications Investment Group recently cooperated with Ningbo Huanyang Co., Ltd. formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly establish "Zhejiang Huanyang Xinghua New Materials Co., Ltd." with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan to jointly build a carbon three industry chain circular economy industrial park project.
The project is located in Qingzhi Chemical New Materials Industrial Park, Beilun District, with a planned land area of 540 acres and a total investment of approximately 6.5 billion yuan, of which fixed asset investment is approximately 3.2 billion yuan. The project construction period is three years, and the project content includes the construction of a new 100,000 tons/year Special epoxy resin, 200,000 tons of 1,3-propanediol, 260,000 tons of epichlorohydrin and comprehensive utilization of industrial by-product salt resources. After the project reaches full production, it will rank first in the country in terms of production capacity of epoxy resin, 1,3-propanediol and epichlorohydrin.
It is reported that 1,3-propanediol is the main raw material for the production of polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT). PTT fiber has good resilience and anti-pollution properties and is widely used in carpets, engineering plastics, clothing fabrics and other fields. It has market prospects. Very vast. There is currently no large-scale production equipment for 1,3-propanediol in China. After the new project is put into operation, large-scale mass production of 1,3-propanediol will be achieved. The high-salt wastewater treatment technology independently developed by Ningbo Huanyang Company leads the world and is the first of its kind in China. It realizes the harmless treatment of high-salt wastewater with epoxy resin, effectively solves this global problem and fills the domestic gap. At present, this technology has been applied in circular economy integration projects and is the first demonstration device in China for the comprehensive utilization of waste brine recycling and clean production of epoxy resin.
After the project reaches production, it is estimated that the annual output value will be 10 billion yuan, the annual profit will be 3 billion yuan, and the average tax revenue per mu will exceed 3 million yuan/mu.
