A random inspection by the joint law enforcement team found that some companies still lacked the emphasis on special operations, some companies did not implement the main responsibilities for safety production, and the main leaders of some companies did not have a clear understanding of the five key tasks of the special operations, which was outstanding. This is manifested by imperfect production safety regulations and outstanding hidden dangers of various accidents.
At the same time, the joint law enforcement team found during inspections that many companies had problems such as inaccurate identification of potential risks, unreasonable monitoring equipment, and unequipped or invalid emergency supplies.
After the overt and covert investigation, the joint law enforcement team fed back the inspection situation and the list of hidden problems and hazards to the local government and its regulatory authorities, and instructed the local regulatory authorities to immediately take on-site treatment measures against the relevant enterprises, file cases for investigation and punishment in accordance with laws and regulations, and continue Relevant enterprises are urged to strengthen the implementation of rectifications and reforms, and promote the precise enforcement phase of special actions to be in-depth and practical.
