Among the five newly released national standards, the national standards "Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Plates and Strips for General Industrial Use Part 1: General Requirements" and "Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Extruded Profiles for General Industrial Use" have added a large number of Alloy grades and technical requirements, inspection items, inspection methods and judgment rules and other related content cover all existing supporting test methods. As an upgrade and replacement of GB/T 34480-2017 and GB/T 34506-2017, the national standard "High Strength and High Toughness Al-Zn-Mg-Cu Series Aluminum Alloy Forgings" "High Strength and High Toughness Al-Zn-Mg-Cu Series Aluminum Alloy Extruded Materials" According to market development and user needs, alloy grades have been added, and the production process requirements for ingot raw materials have been "relaxed". The national standard "High-Strength and Damage-Resistant Al-Cu-Mg Aluminum Alloy Sheets and Strips" not only adds alloy grades based on GB/T 33368-2016, but also expands the scope of application of the standard from electronic industries such as televisions to the production of high-load zero Other areas of components.
The issuance and implementation of the above national standards will further standardize the aluminum and aluminum alloy product market, facilitate the upgrading and transformation, quality improvement and further promotion and application of related products, provide a reference basis for users to select materials, and solve the localization of key foreign materials.
