How to use
1. This product is used for pump trucks to transport concrete;
2. Inspection before pumping: Check whether the hopper of the pump truck and the delivery pump pipe are leaking; the hose at the front end of the pump pipe should droop naturally; there should be no residue and water accumulation in the pump pipe. Pay special attention to the fact that when starting pumping, the hose at the front end of the pump tube must be in a natural drooping state. After it is opened, the hose can move laterally.
3. Dosage: For pump trucks within 50m, use 1 bag each time and add 20~25Kg of water; for pump trucks above 50m, use 2 bags each time and add 40~50Kg of water (excessive use is strictly prohibited).
4. Before use, slowly pour this product into a plastic container filled with water. Stir while pouring. The stirring time is 10 minutes until it is fully dissolved. Leave it for 5 minutes until the solution becomes a jelly-like viscous liquid. Use a stirring rod to level the product. Lift up to pull out the ribbon-shaped fluid (the standing time can be appropriately extended according to the temperature. Reference value: 15°C temperature, stir for 10 minutes, and then stand for 10 minutes to achieve the best use effect), and then pour it into the concrete pump into the hopper; then you can start pumping the solution; after a small amount of solution remains in the hopper, the concrete tanker begins to slowly discharge material into the hopper of the pump truck without stopping the pump; after it is opened, the material can be discharged and pumped normally.
5. Let as much solution flow into the pump pipe as possible (first put a small amount of concrete in the hopper to be level with the pipe mouth, and then pour the solution)
6． This product is non-toxic and odorless. If it comes into contact with skin or splashes into eyes, just rinse with water.
