1. First ensure that the pump pipes and connecting parts of the pump truck and ground pump are sealed without leaks or residues.
2. Put a certain amount of water into the hopper of the pump truck, and then slowly and evenly add the pump lubricating agent product to the water. Be sure to put the water in first, because this product dissolves faster than other similar products. If you put this product in first, the powder will quickly react with the wet parts in the bucket and stick to the ball.
3. When starting to pour concrete into the bucket, slowly pour it into the bucket along the rear edge of the hopper so that as much lubricating agent solution as possible can be squeezed into the pump pipe.
4. When pumping concrete, the lubricating agent solution should be discharged outside the concrete formwork first and should not be poured into the concrete structure.
5. After pumping is completed, the pump pipe and pump truck should be cleaned with clean water in time.
6. This product is packaged in aluminum film bags and stored in a cool and dry place. The warranty period is two years.
