A small amount of lubricating agent residue discharged from the front end of the pump pipe can be discharged outside the formwork. Because the amount is very small and alkaline, it is harmless even if mixed into the concrete mixture.
This product is a green and environmentally friendly product. After use, it can also increase the wear resistance of the pump tube wall by 15%. The use of lubricating agent can reduce the amount of lubricating mortar and eliminate the need for vehicles to transport water and mortar, which reduces fuel consumption and environmental pollution. Moreover, the cost of lubricating agent is low, about 1/8 of that of mortar. It is an energy-saving and consumption-reducing product worth promoting.
