Polycarboxylate superplasticizer has been widely used in concrete production, but it is also accompanied by many problems. For example, the dosage is sensitive and can easily cause bleeding and hardening of concrete. Especially as the amount of machine-made sand increases, this problem occurs more frequently. Yulong concrete anti-segregation agent is mainly used to prepare concrete using polycarboxylate water-reducing agent. It provides an emergency remedy when the following problems occur:
(1) The prepared concrete has poor workability during pouring, or may bleed or harden.
(2) When pumping fluid concrete, the pump pressure is too high and the pipes may even become blocked.
(3) Small slump (60mm~80mm) concrete that needs to be pumped.
Physical and chemical performance indicators
(1) Properties: colorless or light yellow, transparent and sticky liquid.
(2) pH value: 3.0~4.0.
(3)Chloride ion content: None.
(4) Cement slurry delamination degree (60min): ±10mm.
(5) Freezing point: -5℃.
Product Features
(1) The effective dosage is small and the dosage range is wide. According to the degree of segregation of concrete, the dosage is 50g/m3 ~ 250g/m3. If the segregation of concrete is severe, the dosage can be further increased.
(2) If overmixing causes the concrete to lose fluidity, water-reducing agent can be added to restore fluidity.
(3) Within a wide dosage range, there is no adverse effect on the strength of concrete.
