This product is suitable for preparing ordinary and high-strength concrete, pumped concrete and large fluidity, self-leveling concrete, steam-cured concrete, various acidic media, sulfates penetrating harmful gases, railways corroded by seawater chlorine salts, Highway and tunnel concrete projects; it can also be used in petrochemical concrete construction projects to prevent the leakage of toxic and flammable gases, hydropower stations, dams, civil air defense projects, overpasses, highways, airport runways, large volumes of concrete, rigid roofs, toilets, and anti-seepage and waterproofing projects. ; and airtight concrete projects for toxic gas leakage. Precast products, cast-in-place concrete, prestressed concrete, etc. in the construction of water conservancy and other projects.
3. Product dosage
The dosage accounts for 6.0-8.0% of the cementitious material. The water reduction rate is more than 12%.
Concrete mix ratio design: Prepare airtight concrete mix ratio, cement:sand:stone should be 1:2.5:3.5, water-cement ratio is less than 0.45, cement It is suitable to use 32.5 Pu silicon cement and Portland cement, and the concrete label is C30-C35. Air-tight concrete does not use other cements: to prepare high sulfate-resistant concrete, the concrete strength grade is C25-C30. It is suitable to use sulfate-resistant cement, Fly ash Portland cement, pozzolana Portland cement, sand fineness modulus MX≥2.7, mud content <2.0%. Airtight concrete should use coarse sand instead of fine sand, and the water-cement ratio should be less than 0.38. The time required for concrete mixing from unloading from the mixer to completion of pouring should be 40-60 minutes. Forced mechanical mixing and mechanical vibration are used, and the vibration is required to be dense, without leakage, vibration, and bubbles. Manual vibration is not allowed. The continuous curing time of acid-resistant and air-tight concrete shall not be less than 28 days. Avoid construction below 5℃ and above 35℃. Concrete curing agent can be used for one-time curing to ensure sufficient hydration of the concrete and prevent plastic shrinkage and surface water loss cracks. , can improve the early strength, air tightness, wear resistance and acid resistance of the surface layer by more than 20%.

5. Packaging and storage
