High-efficiency lubricating agent for concrete pumps can be used to replace traditional lubricating mortar. Precautions for using concrete pipe moisturizer:
1. There is no residue in the delivery pump tube;
2. The connection of the delivery pump tube should be sealed without leakage;
3. When pumping the first truck of concrete, the concrete slump should be increased by 2-3 cm;
4. When using in summer, water should be pumped first to lower the temperature of the pump pipe;
5. The pump aid discharged through the pump pipe should not be poured into the concrete structure;
6. Before pumping concrete, you must ensure that there is no water in the pump pipe to avoid diluting the pump aid;
7. If this product accidentally gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. </p
