3. Scope of application
This product is suitable for preparing pumped concrete, commercial concrete, large volume concrete, large flow concrete and summer construction, slip form construction, large formwork construction and other occasions. The use of this product can improve the workability of concrete mixtures, reduce bleeding performance and segregation, increase consistency, save cement, improve compressive, flexural, and tensile strength, and delay the hydration heat rate, avoid cracking, and make Concrete is denser, improving impermeability and durability.
4. Recommended dosage:
The commonly used dosage of this product is 1.5-2.0% of the cement dosage. It can be mixed into concrete together with mixing water. If the post-infiltration method is used, the effect will be better. It is remarkable and compatible with other admixtures of the same type. However, for cement that uses anhydrite and fluorogypsum as setting agents, concrete adaptability tests must be conducted and can only be used when they are adapted.
5. Technical performance and use:
This product has strong plasticizing effect. While keeping the water-cement ratio and cement dosage unchanged, the slump can be increased from 5-7cm to 15-15cm. 22cm, the strength increases by 30-50% at 3, 7, and 28 days, and the concrete has good cohesiveness and no segregation. The slump can remain above 16cm in 1 hour. The water reduction effect is good, the water reduction rate is 10-25%, and the concrete setting time can be adjusted appropriately according to the construction requirements. While keeping the slump and strength unchanged, adding this product can save 10% of cement. This product is off-white powder and tan liquid, with a pH value of 7-9.
6. Packaging and specifications:
This product is double-packed in a woven bag lined with film bags, with a net weight of 50Kg±0.5Kg; it is packaged in a large barrel, with a net weight of 230Kg per barrel, and a shelf life of one year. During the storage period, be careful to protect it from frost and exposure. It must be tested and passed before use after the expiration date.
