2. Scope of application:
JH-F3 high-efficiency composite waterproofing agent can be used with five major cements. The cement used for adjusting the setting of anhydrite has strong applicability and is suitable for bridges, civil air defense, basements, roof toilets, etc. Various structures with anti-cracking and anti-seepage requirements use structural self-waterproof concrete and can be prepared with high-impermeable concrete with impermeability grades of S8-S35 or above.
3. Main performance and characteristics:
1. This product has good adaptability and slump-preserving effect on fresh concrete. It is especially suitable for concrete construction with high retardation and slump-preserving requirements. It is completely Concrete that can meet commercial concrete and unprincipled pumping requirements.
2. The water reduction and reinforcement effect is good. The water reduction rate reaches 10-25%, saving 10% of cement. The compressive strength can be increased by 60% in 3 days, and the reinforcement effect is great. In addition, the strength performance is stable in the later period, the volume deformation is small, and it has micro-expansion characteristics in the early stage. The concrete basically has no shrinkage after 28 days.
3. The heat of hydration on the first day is only about 1/7 of that of pure cement slurry. It is mixed with JH-F3 waterproofing agent, which has a 70% increase in holding power compared to ordinary concrete and has a certain degree of resistance. IV. Usage methods and precautions:
1. The mix ratio of concrete should be strictly in accordance with the design requirements. There is no need to add other admixtures or water-reducing agents. In case of special projects, other admixtures need to be added. , it can be used only after testing.
2. The common dosage of JH-F3 liquid waterproofing agent is 3% of the cement proportion and 6% of the powder. It is added by the post-infiltration method and stirred for 2-3 minutes to make the materials evenly mixed.
3. When pouring concrete, the mixture must be mixed tightly, and there must be no leakage, under-vibration, or over-vibration. The recommended dosage of waterproofing agent should be added by a dedicated person. No less or more should be added, and it should be controlled within 1%. The post-pouring tape must be handled carefully. After cleaning the surfaces on both sides of the post-pouring tape, first apply a waterproof slurry prepared by JH-WJB to a waterproof tape, and then pour micro-expansion concrete.
4. After the waterproof concrete is poured, it should be covered with wet straw mats or other materials in time. Watering and curing should be carried out in about 10 hours. Do not expose to direct sunlight. Water-retaining and curing should not be less than 7 days, otherwise the waterproofing effect will be affected. .
5. Packaging and shelf life:
JH-F3 waterproof agent products are divided into powder and liquid. The appearance is reddish powder and tan liquid. The packaging is first made of plastic barrels and inner wall blow molding. Packed in large iron drums, the weights are 50±0.5kg for powder and 230kg for liquid. The transportation is very convenient and the product shelf life is two years.
