1. Product introduction
The new amino water-reducing agent is a polymer condensate with a comb-type molecular structure that gives it excellent dispersion ability in concrete. It not only has a high water-reducing rate, but also improves the flow of concrete. It has good performance and the concrete has basically no loss in slump within 90-120 minutes. It fully complies with the JC473-2001 first-class standard requirements for pumping agents and the national first-class requirements for concrete admixtures GB8076-1997. This product can significantly reduce the water-cement ratio, improve the workability of concrete, and increase the early strength of concrete.
2. Scope of application
This product is suitable for preparing ordinary and high-strength concrete, pumped concrete and large fluidity, self-leveling concrete, steam-cured concrete, various industrial and civil buildings, water conservancy, transportation, ports, Precast products and cast-in-place concrete, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete in municipal and other engineering construction.
3. Product performance
1. This product is a light brown liquid with a pH value of 8-9 and a solid content of 33-38%.
2. The dosage of this product is 0.8-2.5%, and the water reduction rate is 18-30%. It is an ideal material for preparing commercial concrete and high fluidity concrete.
3. When this agent is added at a temperature of 20 degrees, the strength of concrete will increase by 50-100% in 3 days, 40-80% in 7 days, and 30-50% in 28 days. Under low slump conditions , it can reach 100% of the design strength in 2-5 days.
4. After adding this product, the slump loss of concrete is small and there is basically no loss within two hours.
5. Incorporating this agent can improve concrete's anti-freeze, anti-carbonization, anti-corrosion, and inhibit alkali-aggregate reaction properties. It does not contain harmful substances such as chloride ions and ammonia, has no pollution to indoor air, and has no rust hazard to steel bars. It is a green and environmentally friendly product.
6. Adding this agent can adjust the initial setting time of concrete.
7. This product has good adaptability to the five major cements. Technical effects are slightly adjusted due to different cement types.
4. Precautions
Depending on the requirements and temperature, adjust the dosage within the range of 1.0-2.5%.
V. Packaging and Storage
1. The product is packed in barrels (net weight 50kg or 250kg per barrel) or packaged according to customer requirements.
2. During storage, the product should be placed in a cool and dry place to prevent exposure to rain and sunlight. </p
