Relying on the patented technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhongke New Materials built a new industrial park project in Yincheng District, Luohe City in March last year, achieving signing, construction, production, and results in the same year. The project has an annual output of 200,000 tons, and its products cover agricultural mulch films, express logistics packaging bags, supermarket packaging bags, pre-made vegetable lunch boxes and other fields. “An important reason for choosing Luohe is that food companies are concentrated here, and degradable food packaging bags are a large market.” Zhang Hao said that the company has established cooperative relationships with Shuanghui, Uni-President and other companies.
Compared with traditional plastic products, the high price of degradable plastic products is a “stumbling block” that hinders their promotion. “We are building a unified market system in Henan, opening up the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and significantly reducing raw material procurement and production costs.” Zhang Hao said.
On the one hand, Zhongke New Materials relies on the advantages of the industrial chain and accelerates the full coverage of factories in various cities in Henan through the “four inputs” model of talent, technology, brand, and equipment. In Luohe, unified raw materials, unified equipment production, unified training of driver teams, unified brand quality, and unified sales invoicing… At present, Zhongke New Materials has completed the construction of its own industrial chain and the determination of a shared economic model. In the Zhongke New Materials Industrial Park, the modified materials plant with an annual output of 200,000 tons in the second phase of the project has been capped and will be completed before the end of this year. “We will continue to expand our scale to provide production capacity support for the implementation of plastic ban legislation, lay a solid foundation for Henan’s comprehensive plastic ban, and contribute to building a carbon-free world.” Zhang Hao said.
