Description of properties: | Colorless and transparent. The boiling point is 168°C, the relative density is 1.059, the refractive index is 1.4772, and the flash point is 58°C. |
Production method: | It is obtained by cyclization of dichlorodiethyl ether and hydrazine hydrate. Add dichlorodiethyl ether, hydrazine hydrate and ethanol into the reaction tank, slowly heat up while stirring, and reflux for 2 hours. While maintaining reflux, sodium hydroxide was added in portions within 4 hours. Then cool to 10°C and filter, discard the filter residue. The filtrate reclaims ethanol under normal pressure until the recovered amount is 90% of the amount fed. The reaction solution was cooled to 40-50°C, and then sodium hydroxide was added. Stir until the sodium hydroxide dissolves and continue stirring for 30 min. Cool to 10-15°C, shake off the filter, and discard the filter residue. The filtrate was extracted twice with toluene (the second extraction was used in the next batch of reactions). After recovering toluene under reduced pressure, the fraction at 70-80°C (6.67kPa) was collected. More than 20% of the content is positive boiling, that is, 4-aminomorpholine. |
Use: | Pharmaceutical intermediate. For the production of sensitive guide. |
