Use of polyurethane foam caulking spray gun

1.First shake the foam agent vigorously in the polyurethane foam caulking tank.

2.Attach the foam agent can to the spray gun connector (do not overtighten)

3.When using the spray gun for the first time, hold the trigger for about 10seconds to allow the foam agent to fully flow into the gun body.

(to fill the barrel with foam and remove moisture remaining in the gun)

4.In the narrow gap During construction, a special needle can be installed on the spray gun head

5.After completing the above steps, the spray gun is ready for use. During use, try to hold the foam agent tank vertically against the spray gun

6.The flow of foam agent can be controlled by the trigger and flow regulating valve. When the flow regulating valve is tightened, the trigger can be locked.

7. Before replacing a new tank, you should first close the flow regulating valve, remove the empty tank, briefly clean it with a special cleaning agent, and replace it with a new tank that has been fully shaken as soon as possible (within one minute). This prevents the foam from solidifying on the connector.

8.The foam solidified in front of the nozzle can be scraped off with a wooden block or other similar material. The remaining solidified foam outside the output tube can be removed with a wire brush or knife. Never use hard objects to remove residual cured foam from the connector.

9.When using the pause gap, the flow regulating valve should be closed to prevent air from entering and causing foam to solidify and damage the spray gun.

10.The spray gun must be thoroughly cleaned with special cleaning agent after use:

A.Remove the tank from the gun (do not point the valve towards yourself)

B.Use cleaning agent to spray gun After cleaning the foam at the connection with the material tank, fix the cleaning agent tank on the spray gun.

C.Pull the trigger to make the residual foam agent flow out until the spray gun sprays clean cleaning agent. It is best to let the cleaning agent stay in the spray gun1～2minutes to ensure complete removal of the foam agent remaining in the barrel.

D. Remove the cleaning agent tank and there should be no cleaning agent left in the barrel solution.

E.After completing the above steps, close the flow regulating valve clockwise , but should not be too tight.

F.If the spray gun breaks down, clean it immediately with cleaning agent and do not repair it yourself.
