How to use foam glue spray gun

Use of spray gun:

1. First shake the foam agent in the polyurethane foam caulking tank vigorously.

2. Install the foam agent can on the spray gun connector (do not overtighten)

3. When using the spray gun for the first time, hold the trigger for about 10 seconds to allow the foam agent to fully flow into the gun body. (To fill the barrel with foam and remove moisture remaining in the gun)

5. After completing the above steps, the spray gun is ready for use . During use, try to hold the spray gun vertically with the foam agent tank

6. The flow rate of the foam agent can be determined by the trigger and The flow regulating valve is controlled. When the flow regulating valve is tightened, the trigger can be locked.

7. Before replacing a new tank, you should first close the flow regulating valve, remove the empty tank, and use a special cleaning agent to clean it briefly Clean and replace with a new material tank that has been fully shaken as soon as possible (within one minute) to prevent foam from solidifying on the connector.

8. If necessary, the needle blocked by the cured foam can be replaced.

9. The solidified foam agent in front of the nozzle can be scraped off with wooden blocks or other similar materials. The remaining solidified foam outside the output tube can be removed with a wire brush or knife. Never use hard objects to remove residual cured foam from the connector.

10. When using the pause gap, the flow regulating valve should be closed to prevent air from entering and causing foam to solidify and damage the spray gun.

11. The spray gun must be thoroughly cleaned with special cleaning agent after use:

Remove the tank from the gun (do not point the valve towards yourself)

Use cleaning agent to clean the foam at the connection between the spray gun and the material tank, and then fix the cleaning agent tank on the spray gun.

Pull the trigger to let the remaining foam agent flow out until the spray gun sprays until clean detergent is available. It is best to let the cleaning agent stay in the spray gun for 1 to 2 minutes to ensure that the foam agent remaining in the gun barrel is completely removed.
