Based on the actual development of the petrochemical industry in Hunan Province, the "Plan" clarifies the integration of refining and chemical industry and high-end synthetic material industry, advanced polymer material and chemical product industry, salt-based chemical industry and fine utilization industry of fluorite resources, fine chemical industry and biological industry The development focus of 5 subdivided fields such as the material deep processing industry and the agrochemical industry.
