Focus on talent acquisition. Implement the "Three Actions" to recruit talents and guide the leading backbone enterprises to strengthen industry-university-research cooperation with "universities, colleges and institutes" in the Yangtze River Delta region. A total of 5 high-level scientific and technological talents and industrial innovation teams were recruited, 24 strategic emerging industry enterprises and 9 high-tech enterprises were established.
Focus on platform construction. Continue to promote the "Thousand Enterprises Upgrading" technological innovation project construction action, build a core area for industrial innovation, a transformation area for project achievements, and establish a scientific and technological innovation platform and a scientific and technological innovation base for salinization. At present, more than 20 research and development platforms above the municipal level have been established, 3 projects have been introduced from Hefei University of Technology, and 8 cooperation projects have been signed with the School of Chemical Materials, University of Science and Technology of China.
Focus on innovation transformation. An angel investment fund of 10 million yuan is established every year to guide schools and enterprises to jointly carry out scientific and technological breakthroughs and other cooperation, and to declare more than 50 provincial-level scientific and technological achievements. For enterprises that introduce (purchase) scientific and technological achievements (patented technology) and implement transformation, they will be given a subsidy of 20% of the turnover of technology contracts.
