1. Product introduction:
JH-IV high-efficiency pumping agent is a new generation of high-strength pumping product successfully developed by our company by integrating domestic and foreign advanced technologies, repeatedly screening various raw materials, optimizing combinations, and successfully developing them. With its excellent water-reducing and enhanced effect, retarding and plastic-preserving properties, it is ahead of similar domestic products.
2. Homogeneity indicators:
Project indicatorsProject indicators
Appearance gray-yellow powdery fineness 0.315mm sieve residue<10%
Pure slurry fluidity 240mm PH value 7-9
Moisture content 5±1%, chloride ion content not detected
3. Main technical properties:
1. Mixed with 0.8- 2.0%, water reduction can be 15-30%.
2. When combined with high-quality finely ground mineral admixtures, C80 high-strength concrete can be prepared.
3. The same amount of water within the appropriate dosage range can increase the slump by 10-15cm.
4. Prepare fluid concrete with a slump loss of less than 3cm in 2 hours, which is most suitable for long-distance transportation of commercial concrete.
5. The retarding effect is obvious before the initial setting, the strength increases rapidly after the final setting, and the strength development continues to be stable in the middle and late stages.
6. The workability, impermeability, durability and various physical and mechanical performance indicators of concrete mixed with this agent have been significantly improved.
IV. Application points:
1. When preparing pumping fluid concrete, please refer to the following table for adjustment.
Strength grade slump requirement in cm, dosage C×% Strength grade slump requirement in cm, dosage C×%
C40 18-22 0.8 C55 18-22 1.2
C45 18-22 1.0 C60 18-22 1.4
C50 18-22 1.1 C80 18-22 1.8
Note: Due to the different types of cement and aggregates, this table is only for reference by the application unit , the initial use of this product requires trial preparation to determine the appropriate dosage to achieve the best technical effects and economic benefits.
2. The five commonly used cements have good adaptability.
3. Cement using anhydrite and fluorogypsum as setting regulator is not suitable.
4. Strictly control the dosage. The retardant components are reasonably matched according to the dosage. If the dosage is excessive, it should be determined through testing.
5. Suitable for concrete construction under environmental conditions of -5℃-40℃. When used in combination with other additives, laboratory tests must be conducted to confirm.
6. The construction adopts the dry infiltration method, that is, first accurately measure the aggregate, cement, and admixtures and pour them into the mixer to dry mix evenly, then add water to mix, and extend the mixing time by 1-2 minutes.
5. Packaging and storage:
1. This product is double-packed in a 40kg inner plastic bag and an outer woven bag.
2. It should be protected from rain, moisture and damage during storage.
3. The shelf life is two years. </p
