According to the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, in order to complete the legislative work of the "Henan Provincial Provisions on Prohibiting and Restricting Non-degradable Disposable Plastic Products", the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment compiled and formed the "Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission" based on national and provincial plastic pollution control policy documents. The draft for comments shows that Henan plans to include 11 categories of disposable plastic products in the list, namely:

➣ Disposable foam plastic tableware

➣ Disposable plastic cotton swabs

➣ Daily chemical products containing plastic microbeads

➣ Use medical waste as raw material to manufacture plastic products

➣ Non-degradable plastic bags

➣ Disposable plastic tableware

➣ Disposable plastic straws

➣ Disposable supplies for hotels and hotels

➣ Express plastic packaging

Among them, for non-degradable plastic bags, it is stipulated: "It is prohibited to provide non-degradable plastic shopping bags used to contain and carry items, except for the purpose of hygiene and food safety, used to contain bulk fresh food, cooked food, pasta and other commodities Plastic pre-packaged bags, roll bags, fresh-keeping bags, etc.”

Regarding disposable items in hotels and hotels, it is stipulated: "Disposable plastic items shall not be actively provided."

Regarding express plastic packaging, Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Puyang, and Xuchang cities “ban the use of non-degradable plastic packaging bags, disposable plastic woven bags, etc.” and the province will “ban the use of non-degradable plastic packaging bags, plastic tapes, etc.” by the end of 2025. , disposable plastic woven bags, etc."
