1. The temperature of the water used to stir the special mortar can be appropriately increased, but the water temperature should not be higher than 40°C. Try to avoid using mixing temperatures lower than 5°C. Water, it is strictly prohibited to use ice water to mix special mortar.
2. According to the conditions of the construction site, heating measures can be taken according to the environment of the construction site. Heating equipment can be electric heating equipment or water heating equipment. The use of open flames for heating is strictly prohibited. In addition, heating equipment should be placed on the construction site at least 2m away from the construction surface. It is strictly prohibited to use air blowing heating equipment or thermal radiation heating equipment to directly blow air or directly bake the building surface, otherwise it will cause the special mortar to lose water and affect the strength development.
3. The construction site should be enclosed with thermal insulation materials to prevent cold wind from blowing into the construction site and lowering the temperature. According to the conditions of the construction site, measures should be taken to combine insulation and heating to increase the temperature of the construction environment.
4. Construction sites that use electric heating measures should pay special attention to fire safety at the construction site and choose heating equipment that matches the power cord. Heating equipment should be protected within 24 hours during work, a sufficient number of fire extinguishing equipment should be equipped on site, and safety precautions should be taken.
