The present invention relates to a gypsum-based self-leveling floor leveling material used in the field of construction engineering and a preparation method thereof. Each component and its weight percentage is: natural anhydrite 80-90%, alkaline activator 10-20%, acidic activator <1.5%, water retaining agent <0.1%, water reducing agent <1.5%, defoaming agent <0.5%.
Its preparation method: 1) Grind natural anhydrite using a ball mill, and control the fineness to a 200-mesh sieve residue of no more than 5%, and a ratio of 4000-5000cm2/g. 2) The above-mentioned weight percentages of alkaline activator, acidic activator, water retaining agent, water reducing agent, defoaming agent and appropriate amount of gypsum powder are fully premixed. Mix the premixed powder and a large amount of gypsum powder thoroughly in a mixer. Serve as self-leveling floor leveling material. For sanding formulas. Fine river sand can be added to the mixture as needed.
The production process of the invention saves energy, reduces pollution, has a simple process and reduces production costs. The product performance is better than ordinary gypsum-based self-leveling in terms of water resistance, high strength and excellent applicability.
