Mixing and using of masonry gypsum mortar

In order to reduce labor intensity and overcome the shortcomings of manual mixing of gypsum mortar that is not easy to stir evenly, mechanical mixing should be used for masonry gypsum mortar. At the same time, in order to fully mix the materials and ensure the mixing quality of gypsum mortar, different types of gypsum mortar have different mixing time requirements. Starting from the completion of feeding, the mixing time should comply with the following regulations:

1. The mixing time of cement masonry gypsum mortar and cement-mixed masonry gypsum mortar shall not be less than 2 minutes.

2. The mixing time of cement fly ash masonry gypsum mortar and masonry gypsum mortar mixed with admixtures shall not be less than 3 minutes.

3. For masonry gypsum mortar mixed with organic plasticizer, the mixing time should be 3-5 minutes.

(2) When the masonry gypsum mortar is mixed on site, each component material should be measured by weight.

(3) To mix cement masonry gypsum mortar, sand and cement should be dry-mixed first, then add water and mix evenly.

(4) To mix cement and masonry gypsum mortar, the sand and cement should be dry-mixed evenly before adding additives (lime paste, clay paste) and Mix the water evenly.

(5) To mix cement fly ash masonry gypsum mortar, dry mix cement, fly ash and sand first, then add water and mix evenly.

(6) When mixing admixtures, the admixtures should first be dissolved in water according to the specified concentration, and the admixture solution should be added when the mixing water is added. Do not put directly into the mixed masonry gypsum mortar.

(7) After the masonry gypsum mortar is mixed and used, it should be placed in an ash storage container. If the masonry gypsum mortar bleeds, it should be mixed again before masonry.

(8) The amount of gypsum mortar mixed each time should not be too much to avoid quick-drying waste and should be mixed and used. Cement masonry gypsum mortar and cement mixed masonry gypsum mortar should be used within 3 hours and 4 hours respectively; when the maximum temperature during construction exceeds 30°C, they should be used within 2 hours and 3 hours respectively after mixing. For masonry gypsum mortar mixed with retarder, the mixing method and mixing time should comply with the relevant provisions of the current industry standard "JGJ/T164 Plasticizer for Masonry Gypsum Mortar".

(9) Dry-mixed masonry gypsum mortar and special gypsum mortar for aerated concrete blocks should be mixed according to the gypsum mortar mixed with admixtures or according to the product instructions. use. </p
