On November 1, Shandong Binhua New Materials Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Shenghong New Materials Group Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony in Binzhou Beihai Economic Development Zone. The two parties will cooperate in aspects such as raw material logistics and warehousing.
The two companies conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the international procurement of C3C4 raw materials, transportation cooperation and sharing of Binzhou Port LPG tank area resources. This warehousing and logistics cooperation has achieved resource sharing and mutual benefit for both parties.

Shandong Binhua New Materials Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Binhua Group Co., Ltd. Currently, Binhua New Materials has built a C3C4 comprehensive utilization project in the Beihai Economic Development Zone, including a 600,000-ton/year propane dehydrogenation (PDH) to propylene unit, an 800,000-ton/year butane isomerization unit, and a 300,000-ton/year butane isomerization unit. Tons/year propylene oxide co-production unit of 780,000 tons/year tert-butanol, 150,000 tons/year ammonia synthesis and other devices.
As a major project in Shandong Province and the number one project in the real industry in Binzhou City, the Shandong Binhua New Materials Carbon Three Carbon Four Comprehensive Utilization Project is not only the first tens of billions project to be implemented in Binzhou Lingang Chemical Industry Park, but also a large-scale refining/gas project in Binzhou City. The raw materials propane (C3) and butane (C4) required for the Binhua New Materials Carbon Three Carbon Four Comprehensive Utilization Project are mainly transported from abroad to Binzhou Port by low-temperature LPG ships and unloaded into the cryogenic tanks behind the 8# and 9# berths of Binzhou Port. district.
The tank farm has four 80,000-cubic-meter low-temperature storage tanks, which not only ensures the supply of raw materials for the project, but also satisfies the raw material supply of Binzhou Lingang Chemical Industrial Park, enriches the low-temperature LPG cargo types in the entire Bohai Bay area, and radiates and stimulates large-scale chemical companies in surrounding areas. Development is of great significance.
