Check whether the baseline is correct, compare it with the marble cutting layout diagram, and review it with the site. According to the design requirements and combined with the characteristics of the construction surface, the construction direction sequence is determined.
3. Water-moistened substrate. The floor must be cleaned before installation and the substrate must be moistened with clean water.
4. Apply cement slurry. After the foundation is moistened, start applying cement slurry on the ground to improve the adhesion.
5. Paste the base layer. The cement is 425 cement and the sand is medium-coarse river sand. Prepare lightweight gypsum mortar according to the ratio of 1:3, and squeeze it tightly with just enough humidity to prevent water from coming out.
6. Board installation,
1) Marble surface maintenance treatment.

For white series, beige series marble and white and gray granite, mix white cement with 107 glue and water before installation, and apply it evenly on the back of the stone like wall plaster, with a thickness of not less than 3MM. 5) Apply a layer of pure cement slurry on the back of the marble, with a thickness of 5~8MM, lay it, and use a rubber hammer to vibrate the marble around to make the marble and pure cement slurry, pure cement slurry and mortar stick firmly together. , use a spirit level to measure the level, and control the size and straightness of the joints by pulling horizontal and vertical lines.
6) The reference line is the cross central axis. Install the cross reference plate first, and then extend it horizontally or vertically. During installation, you must constantly level it with a level to ensure the flatness of the board surface.
7) After the paving is completed, clean the marble surface, use a steel sheet to scrape the mortar or pure cement slurry in the joints, and fill the joints with pure cement slurry of different colors according to different requirements. (Marble glue must not be used for caulking)
8) To protect the finished product, the surface must be cleaned and wiped with light gypsum mortar within one day after construction is completed, and fiberboard or thin plywood or carpet must be laid as a protective layer.
Installation of walls using lightweight gypsum mortar pasting method: The marble pasting method is simple and quick to construct, takes up less space, and has low cost. Depending on the materials used, the pasting method can be divided into lightweight gypsum mortar pasting method and strong glue. Paste method.
Lightweight gypsum mortar pasting method: It is suitable for construction when the marble size is small and the installation height does not exceed 2 meters. The process sequence can be summarized as: cleaning, springing, pasting, and protection.

3. Arrange the steel bars. According to the horizontal height of each marble layer, install two expansion bolts on each marble slab, and then weld the steel bars on the bolts.

5. Moisturized substrate: The wall must be cleaned before installation and the substrate must be moistened with clean water.
6. Apply cement slurry. After the base is moistened, start applying cement slurry in order to improve the adhesion.

10. Use marble glue to patch the joints to prevent grout leakage during grouting.
11. Grouting: Generally, it should not exceed 300MM at a time to avoid bursting during grouting. Often the same layer of marble needs to be grouted in two or three times. (It can also avoid the hollow phenomenon caused by insufficient grouting)
12. Surface cleaning Wipe the surface with cotton yarn
