1. Product introduction:
Inorganic thickening powder is developed with great concentration by the scientific researchers of Anhui Yulong New Material Technology Co., Ltd., repeated experiments and used as a new engineering mortar additive. It is made from a variety of inorganic and organic materials through scientific preparation, steaming, grinding, winnowing, pH adjustment and other processes. It has various technical properties such as reinforcement, thickening, water retention, anti-crack, anti-seepage, anti-freeze, strong adhesion, anti-cavitation and wear resistance; its inclusion can increase the amount of fly ash replacing cement in the mortar cementitious material. About 60% (can save 5 to 20 yuan per cubic meter of mortar), which significantly improves the early strength and significantly reduces the later shrinkage value; it can improve various physical and mechanical properties and durability of the mortar, and can improve work efficiency and reduce construction costs. , purify the environment, save energy, etc., and have significant social and economic benefits; it has unique cohesiveness, crack resistance and excellent construction operability.

Production process
1. Polyvinyl alcohol production method: first add 160kg of water Add it to the reaction tank. When the temperature reaches 60°C, add 6.5kg of polyvinyl alcohol and start the mixer. When the temperature continues to rise to 95°C, stop heating and keep stirring for 60 minutes. Stop and set aside.
2. Production method of acrylamide: first add 100kg of water into the reaction tank and heat it to 40℃, start the mixer, add 8kg of acrylamide, continue to stir, add 1kg of enhancer, continue to stir and heat to 71 At -72°C, stop heating, add 83g of ammonia, continue stirring for 1-2 minutes, add 20g of amine persulfate, stir for one minute, add 15g of sodium bisulfite, continue stirring for 1-2 minutes, then stop, reaction 45 -After 65 minutes, you can see it is very thick. (It is best to use plastic tanks or stainless steel tanks)
3. Polyacrylamide production method: first add 60-70kg of water into a large plastic bucket, add 300g of polyacrylamide while stirring, and after all is dissolved Stop stirring when there are no more particles. </p
