Mortar thickening powder is an organic and inorganic composite material. Inorganic materials are the main components of thickened powder, and they have an important impact on the water retention performance of thickened powder. Organic materials are important components of thickened powder and play a major role in the water retention properties of thickened powder. Thickened powder is a non-air-entraining and non-lime powdery composite material.
It is safe, non-toxic, non-radioactive and non-corrosive. It does not contain lime and air-entraining polymer materials. Thickening powder achieves the purpose of thickening and retaining water in the mortar through the physical adsorption of water molecules by the material. Thickened powder can replace all lime paste in plastering, masonry and other building mortars. The dosage is 5-20% of the weight of cement, or equivalent to about one-fifth of the original weight of lime. It has the characteristics of low dosage and easy use. All physical and mechanical properties of the mortar meet the specification requirements. The mortar has good bonding with the bricks and concrete matrix and has good durability. </p
