Light lime mortar is only used in masonry projects, with low strength and dry environment; mixed mortar not only has good workability, but also can be formulated into masonry mortars of various strength levels. In addition to masonry requiring high water resistance, it can also be widely used in various masonry projects.
Before gypsum construction, the base layer should be cleaned and permeable putty should be poured before applying putty. Pay attention to the proportion of concrete to ensure that the cement mortar and the concrete floor are firmly bonded; the putty should be compacted in layers. The actual operation of baseboard and wall construction must be cautious, and the hoisting and straightening of lines must be done carefully.
The wall of lightweight gypsum mortar is thinner than cement mortar, at least 5 times less than cement mortar. The enterprise square meter has a sizing rate far exceeding that of cement mortar. If you choose to use a machine to spray gypsum mortar, its feeding efficiency is more than three times that of manual production, which can further increase the construction speed and shorten the construction period.
