JH-I early strength water reducing agent

1. Product introduction

This agent has significant early strength, water reduction and enhancement effects, and is a natural maintenance product. Concrete mixed with this agent is suitable for frame structures and emergency repair and construction projects. The bottom formwork can be removed and the floor slab can be added 3 days after the 6.2m long concrete beam mixed with this agent is formed at normal temperature (20±3℃). This agent is suitable for ordinary concrete, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete projects with early strength or anti-freeze requirements constructed in environments with normal temperature, low temperature and negative temperature (the lowest temperature is not lower than -5℃).

When constructed at normal temperature, concrete mixed with this agent can reach the strength of concrete without additives in 3 days. It can reach the design strength level in 7 days. It can increase the design strength of concrete by 10-15% in 28 days. 50℃ Maintenance (covered with black plastic sheeting from May to July) can reach 75% of the design strength level for 2 days. This agent is famous throughout the country for its small dosage, good early enhancement effect, and large late enhancement amplitude.

2. Scope of application:

This agent is suitable for construction in normal temperature and low temperature (the lowest temperature is not less than -5℃) environment and requires early strength to speed up the progress of the project or has a certain High-strength concrete, ordinary concrete, aerated concrete, various cement products, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete projects in water conservancy bridges with anti-freeze requirements.

IV. Dosage and usage:

1. Dosage is 2-5% of cement quality.

2. The mixing and vibrating of concrete with early-strength water-reducing agent can be the same as that of concrete without admixtures. When the powder is added to the mixer, it should be dry-mixed with cement and aggregate before adding water and stirring. The time should not be less than 3 minutes.

3. When using natural maintenance, it should be covered with plastic film. When it is low temperature, it should be covered with insulation material.

6. Storage and packaging:

1. This product is packed in a plastic bag inside a woven bag, each bag weighs 50kg.

2. This agent is in powder form. Be careful not to damage it during transportation. It should be protected from moisture when stored. If it gets damp and clumps, it cannot be used.
