UEA-H concrete expansion agent

1. Product Introduction
UEA-H concrete expansion agent is a major patented achievement of the China Academy of Building Materials Science. This product combines the essence of expansion agents from China, Japan and the United States, and is currently one of the best anti-cracking and anti-seepage concretes in China. Its technical type can comply with JC476-2001 standard.

II. Main properties
1. UEA-H is a calcium sulfoaluminate concrete expansion agent. It is mixed with 8-10% of the five major cements and can be mixed into shrinkage-compensating concrete. , prevent or greatly reduce concrete cracking, improve compactness and impermeability, realize self-waterproofing of the structure, extend or eliminate expansion joints, simplify the construction process, shorten the construction period; expand the temperature control range, control temperature difference cracks, and have good economic and technical benefits.
             2. UEA-H has low alkali content, no alkali aggregate reaction, large expansion energy, fast expansion stability, high strength in the later period, and small dry shrinkage. It is a safe and durable additive.

3. Scope of application
UEA-H high-efficiency concrete expansion agent can be used for concrete projects and cement products that require crack resistance, anti-seepage, joints, and filling.
1. Underground buildings such as subways, underground parking lots, underground warehouses, tunnels, mines, civil air defense projects, basements, etc.

IV. Precautions for use
1. The mix design of UEA-H concrete is the same as that of ordinary concrete. But the cement dosage should be 300kg/m. Exceptions include large-volume concrete for hydraulic engineering and offshore engineering.
2. A dedicated person must be responsible for weighing UEA-H, and the UEA-H measuring device must be checked at any time. In principle, UEA-H is put into the mixer together with other materials. Mixing time: When using a forced mixer, it will be extended by more than 30 seconds than ordinary concrete, and when using a self-falling mixer, it will be extended by more than 1 minute. The mixing time is required to achieve a uniform state before discharging.
3. The poured concrete should not be exposed to direct sunlight and should be covered with straw mats in time. After the concrete hardens, a dedicated person must be responsible for curing it, and the curing time should be no less than 14 days to keep the concrete in a moist state.
4. If there are holes in the concrete after the formwork is removed, the loose areas can be removed and then repaired with mortar or pisolite concrete mixed with UEA-H.
The expansion distance of UEA-H concrete can be extended to 60m; by adopting seamless design and construction technology, expansion joints can be eliminated.
5. Packaging and Storage
This product is packed in plastic bags lined with film, 50 kg/bag. This product is strictly prohibited from getting wet and agglomerating, and has a shelf life of two years. </p
