As of July 2023, members of the alliance have reported a total of 2.211 million public charging piles, including 938,000 DC charging piles and 1.273 million AC charging piles. From August 2022 to July 2023, an average of 53,000 new public charging piles will be added every month.
Public charging infrastructure operation in provinces, districts and cities: Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Hubei, Beijing, Shandong, Anhui, Henan and Fujian TOP10 regions accounted for 71.3% of public charging piles . The national charging power is mainly concentrated in Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Sichuan, Hebei, Fujian, Shanghai, Shaanxi, Shandong, Henan and other provinces, and the power flow is mainly buses and passenger cars, sanitation logistics vehicles, taxis and other types of vehicles The proportion is small. In July 2023, the total charging power in the country will be about 3.25 billion kWh, an increase of 290 million kWh from the previous month, a year-on-year increase of 48.4%, and a month-on-month increase of 9.9%.
Operation of public charging infrastructure operators: As of July 2023, the number of charging piles operated by charging operators in the country is TOP 15, respectively: 439,000 units operated by special calls and 399,000 units operated by Xingxing Charging , 361,000 units of cloud fast charging, 196,000 units of State Grid, 121,000 units of Xiaoju Charging, 104,000 units of Weijingyun, 80,000 units of Shenzhen Vehicle Grid, 73,000 units of China Southern Power Grid, and Yiwei Energy Operating 72,000 units, 58,000 units of Hui Charge, 51,000 units of Wancheng Wancharging, 42,000 units of Weilan Quick Charge, 30,000 units of Wanma Aichong, 25,000 units of SAIC Anyue, and 24,000 units of China Putian . These 15 operators accounted for 93.9% of the total, and the remaining operators accounted for 6.1% of the total.
Overall operation of charging infrastructure: From January to July 2023, the increase in charging infrastructure will be 1.718 million units, of which the increase in public charging piles will be 413,000 units, and the increase in private charging piles built with vehicles will increase. The volume was 1.305 million units, a year-on-year increase of 39.6%. As of July 2023, the cumulative number of charging infrastructure nationwide is 6.928 million units, a year-on-year increase of 74.1%.
Comparison between charging infrastructure and electric vehicles: From January to July 2023, the increase in charging infrastructure is 1.718 million units, and the sales volume of new energy vehicles is 4.526 million. The charging infrastructure and new energy vehicles continue to grow rapidly increase. The incremental ratio of pile trucks is 1:2.6, and the construction of charging infrastructure can basically meet the rapid development of new energy vehicles.
