5. Construction points:

1. Base treatment: Clean the oil, dust, concrete curing agent, release agent and other loose objects on the surface of the base. 2. Prepare the adhesive: water: tile adhesive = 1:4 (weight ratio). Mechanically stir the tile adhesive according to the above ratio for 3-5 minutes (or stir evenly by hand), and adjust When the consistency is suitable for construction, let it sit for 5 minutes and stir again to start construction.

3. Paste the tiles: Apply the evenly mixed flexible tile adhesive on the base layer with a toothed trowel. The mortar thickness is 3mm-5mm (the actual thickness depends on the material of the bricks), and then use The tooth surface of the toothed trowel scrapes out concave and convex grooves, and then the tiles or flake stones are pasted and pressed flat. The tiles can be straightened within 20 minutes.

It can also be pasted using the traditional bonding method. Apply evenly stirred flexible tile adhesive on the back of the ceramic tile or flake stone, paste it piece by piece, and compact it flatly. The construction thickness is 3-5mm is suitable, and the tiles can be straightened within 20 minutes.

For bricks with larger thickness and mass, the adhesive thickness is 5-7mm. The setting time is related to factors such as temperature, dryness and humidity. Generally, the initial setting time is 4 hours and the final setting time is 24 hours. The adjusted adhesive should be used up within 5-6 hours. 24 hours after the ceramic tile or flake stone is pasted, caulking agent can be used for caulking.
