The mixture of cement, sand and water is called cement mortar. Different ratios also have different functions. Today we are mainly introducing the mortar used for lubrication of pump trucks.
1. Pump mortar is mainly used to lubricate pipes before concrete pumping. It is strictly forbidden to discharge the mortar after pipe lubrication directly into the structure.
2. When transporting mortar, it cannot be transported in the same vehicle as concrete. There should be on-site supervision by management personnel during use.
3. Improve the management of pipe-lubricating mortar to prevent the mixing station from cutting corners and using mortar and concrete together.
4. In order to prevent the above problems from occurring, we recommend using pump truck lubricating agent instead of mortar lubricating agent. Pipe moisturizer not only saves costs but is also easy to use.
