It is mainly engaged in the production and sales of solar photovoltaic film materials with POE and EVA as raw materials. , research and development. The company’s existing production capacity is 40 million square meters of EVA film and 50 million square meters of POE film.
With the further development of the company, in order to optimize product distribution, the company has set up production bases in many places across the country. In order to unify product quality, provide customers with standardized products, and at the same time keep the product formula confidential, optimize the existing batching process, improve production efficiency, and upgrade the original batching production of the original production bases to directly use masterbatch production. For this reason, the company implemented zero-land technical transformation in the company’s existing factory area at No. 28, Xinguang Road, Suoqian Town, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City. After the implementation of this project, the production capacity of the whole plant will be 20 million square meters of EVA film, 25 million square meters of POE film, 10,000 tons of POE masterbatch, and 10,000 tons of EVA masterbatch. The production process of this project is mainly to heat and melt EVA resin/POE resin through a screw machine and then extrude granulation. Compared with the existing project, the production process is different from the original screw extrusion casting film to extrusion granulation .
