On July 31, the gasification frame of the Ningxia Guanneng New Material Engineering Project undertaken by the Shanxi Branch of Thirteen Chemicals was successfully capped. It has laid a good foundation for completion and early production.
The gasification device is 62 meters long, 30 meters wide, and 67.5 meters in total height; the concrete frame structure is 39.8 meters high, and the steel structure frame is from 39.8 meters to 67.5 meters. The civil construction of the gasification plant covers many dangerous special projects such as deep foundation pits, large-volume concrete, high formwork, and cantilever frames.
Ningxia Guanneng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. NMP, PBT/PBAT, PTEMG and other polymer materials, biodegradable materials and upstream supporting industrial chain projects will be settled in Hongyazi Park, Pingluo Industrial Park, Ningxia in April 2022. The project uses calcium carbide , gray hydrogen, and green hydrogen as basic raw materials, and extended production of new polymer materials such as BDO-PBT-NMP-spandex. The project is divided into three phases, with a total investment of 14.68 billion yuan. At present, the first phase of 272,000 tons of BDO and 100,000 tons of PBT with an estimated total investment of 3.56 billion yuan is under construction and is expected to be completed and put into operation in October this year; the construction of the third phase is expected to be completed in October 2025. The project uses advanced technology and equipment in the industry. It is estimated that after the project is fully completed, it will produce 500,000 tons of key raw material products of new energy and new materials annually, and support the extended production of 120,000 tons of degradable plastics, 100,000 tons of electrolyte, and 300,000 tons of spandex . It is estimated that after the project is fully completed, it can realize an annual output value of 23.8 billion yuan, a profit and tax of 5.3 billion yuan, and provide more than 2,000 local jobs.
At present, about 70% of the total project volume has been completed in the civil engineering and installation construction of the first phase of the project, of which the office building, dormitory building, and hardware warehouse have been completed and put into use; about 90% of the basic civil engineering construction of the finished product section has been completed, and about 50%; about 40% of the basic civil construction of the raw material section has been completed; 80% of the basic civil construction of the public auxiliary section has started construction, and about 90% of the basic civil construction of the electrical instrument section has been completed. 1,153 sets of complete equipment have been signed and ordered, accounting for about 90% of the total equipment purchases. The first phase of the project is planned to be put into operation in October 2023.
