It is understood that the total investment of the project is 3.208 billion yuan, and the construction of a smart factory integrated with the whole process adopts the world’s leading solid phase thickening device, multi-end spinning industrial yarn spinning equipment, intelligent logistics and storage system, and uses a number of independently developed patented technologies , the main products are high-performance differential chemical industrial yarns such as ultra-high strength, ultra-fine denier, high flame retardancy, creep resistance, and ultra-low shrinkage, which can be used in special fields such as transportation, environmental protection, marine, geotechnical engineering, and hoisting.
Lu Shiwei, director of Hengli Chemical Fiber Industrial Yarn Workshop, introduced that the project will officially start construction in 2021. It is a major industrial project that Suzhou City and Wujiang District will focus on promoting. Before the start of the project, Hengli Group had an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons in the field of industrial fibers, formed more than 200 core technology invention patents, and obtained more than 10 PCT patents in the United States, Europe, Japan, South Korea and other countries and regions. International patent authorization provides strong technical support for project planning and positioning, new product research and development, and domestic and overseas layout. In addition, Hengli combines “independent design” and “technology introduction”, customizes key main equipment for imported projects, and participates in the design and development of equipment throughout the process.
In the past two years, Hengli Chemical Fiber has mobilized a technical team of more than 300 people for joint debugging, joint testing and close cooperation to ensure the efficient and orderly construction of the project. At present, the intelligence of the 8 production lines built in advance of the project is leading in China, and the other 8 production lines are also under construction at full capacity.
Lu Shiwei said that according to the current construction progress, the project is expected to be fully completed and put into operation by the end of December. At that time, the total production capacity of Hengli industrial yarn will reach 800,000 tons per year, becoming the production base of high-performance industrial yarn with the highest degree of intelligence in China and the largest production capacity in the world.
In June 2021, the Hengli Chemical Fiber project with an annual output of 200,000 tons of high-performance industrial fibers will be fully completed and put into operation. , for the first time in the industry, the product is used in high-end industrial special fields such as oil and gas exploration and marine engineering, breaking through the monopoly of industry technology, and solving the “stuck neck” problem of high-performance industrial yarn and its key application technology. At present, the third and fourth phases of Hengli Chemical Fiber’s industrial fiber projects are under construction.
