Data show that in the first half of 2023, Indonesia's exports of natural rubber (excluding compound rubber) totaled 936,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 16%. Among them, the total export of standard rubber was 913,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 16%; the export of smoked sheet rubber was 20,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 22%; the export of latex was 2,300 tons, a year-on-year increase of 87%.
From January to June, the total export of natural rubber to China was 132,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 55%; the total export of mixed rubber to China was 11,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 2%.
On the whole, Indonesia exported a total of 947,000 tons of natural rubber and mixed rubber in the first half of the year, a year-on-year decrease of 16%; a total of 143,000 tons were exported to China, a year-on-year increase of 49%.
