In terms of further deepening cross-border services, the notice proposes to simplify and consolidate the relevant reports of enterprises reporting overseas investment and income information, reduce the frequency of submissions, and further reduce the burden of enterprises' declarations.
In terms of further optimizing law enforcement methods, the notice clarifies that for private enterprises that meet the conditions and have real difficulties in arrears of taxes, the tax authorities will guide them to formulate a plan for repayment of arrears, and for those who pay taxes according to the plan, no enforcement measures will be taken for the time being content.
