In terms of strengthening the guarantee for the development of the individual economy, 12 measures are mainly proposed from the aspects of "small individual professional" party building, quality service, brand creation, intellectual property protection, entrepreneurial service, classification and cultivation, commendation and incentives, monitoring and analysis.
