Websites that spread order; shut down websites and platforms that provide download services for pornographic mobile applications, such as "Qianku.com" and "Leyou Download Station".
In response to information issues that are prohibited by laws and regulations from being released or transmitted on website platforms such as Douyin and Sina Weibo, the State Cyberspace Administration instructed the local Cyberspace Affairs Office to interview the person in charge of the relevant website according to the law, ordering them to rectify within a time limit, and deal with relevant account, the person responsible will be dealt with strictly, and administrative penalties will be imposed on them respectively.
In response to Kuaishou, Baidu, Tencent WeChat, Netease and other network platforms’ inability to perform their main responsibilities, they failed to fulfill their obligations to manage the information released by their users, causing harmful information such as obscenity, feudal superstition, inducement to recharge, and defending bad artists on the Internet. For dissemination issues, the Cyberspace Administration of the People's Republic of China instructed the regional cyberspace affairs offices to interview the person in charge of the relevant website according to the law, ordering them to rectify within a time limit, deal with the relevant accounts, deal with the responsible persons strictly, and impose fines and administrative penalties respectively.
In addition, in response to the problem of new technologies and new applications with strong public opinion attributes and social mobilization capabilities that have not been evaluated and launched online, mobile applications such as "Seagull" and "Simida" have been removed from the shelves according to the law. The 17 mobile applications such as "Vitality Knight" and "Kosong" that have been rectified have been restored to the shelves, and the relevant cyberspace affairs offices are required to strengthen supervision and management in accordance with the law.
