Under the premise of the production of qualified products, it will provide a strong guarantee for the subsequent industrial expansion. Dai Houliang said that it is necessary to speed up scientific and technological research, break through key core technologies, break foreign monopoly, and achieve high-level technological self-reliance. Combined with the self-developed 1-hexene/1-octene flexible production and metallocene catalyst preparation technology, we will make every effort to create a complete industrial chain of ethylene-octene-POE elastomers, forming cost and technical advantages.
The completion and commissioning of the POE test device is the specific practice of PetroChina to accelerate scientific and technological innovation to create a product giant. This device is the first kiloton-level high-end elastomer test device of PetroChina, breaking the monopoly of foreign countries in the field of polyolefin elastomer production technology.
