Among them, Shandong Binhua Juhe New Material Technology Co., Ltd. signed a contract with the Management Committee of Beihai Economic Development Zone on the project of annual production of 400,000 tons of polyether and its downstream application devices.
It is understood that the project was jointly signed and established by China Polyurethane Industry Association, Binzhou Beihai Economic Development Zone Management Committee, and Binhua Group Co., Ltd. The initial investment of the project is 5 billion yuan, and the initial planning covers an area of more than 1,100 mu. and integrated areas. The project construction is divided into two phases. The first phase plans to invest 1.485 billion yuan, planning to build a 400,000-ton/year polyether plant project, and supporting the construction of related public paving facilities, R&D centers, quality control centers, etc.; the second phase planning combines Binhua New Materials PO project development, planning and construction of 400,000 tons/year polyether and its downstream application device project. The three parties agreed that they will give full play to the sustainable development advantages of the multi-participation of the government, enterprises and associations, make every effort to build the Beihai polyether and polyurethane new material industrial park, and promote the integration of PO (propylene oxide)-PPG (polyether)-PU (polyurethane) The development of globalization has entered a new pattern.
Shandong Binhua Juhe New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in May 2023 with a registered capital of RMB 50 million and is 100% controlled by Binhua. The business scope includes new material technology promotion services, sales of new metal functional materials, research and development of electronic special materials and new material technology research and development, etc.
