Coal market prices in Fujian Province rose steadily in the second week of July

According to the monitoring data of the Ministry of Commerce's important means of production monitoring system, this week (July 10-16, 2023) the average coal market price of monitoring sample companies in Fujian Province was 1469.06 yuan/ton, a month-on-month increase of 0.4%. Among them, the market price of anthracite was 1,234.17 yuan/ton, up 0.4% month-on-month; the market price of bituminous coal was 1,586.50 yuan/ton, up 0.4% month-on-month. On the whole, the coal market prices of the monitoring sample enterprises in Fujian Province rose steadily this week. At present, coal mines maintain normal production, and the overall supply is basically stable. With the arrival of the summer peak, the demand for power plants has increased, which has played a favorable role in supporting the coal market price. It is expected that the coal market price in Fujian Province will be adjusted steadily due to changes in supply and demand in the later period.
