According to the latest report of the Cambodian General Administration of Rubber, Cambodia's rubber exports in the first half of 2023 increased by 2.72% year-on-year to 139,220 tons, compared with 135,537 tons in the same period last year.
Data show that the country earned US$187 million from rubber exports in the first half of the year, a decrease of 13.5% from US$216.3 million in the same period last year; Dollar.
The country's rubber is mainly exported to Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore and China.
As of now, Cambodia has a total of 404,578 hectares of rubber plantations, of which 315,332 hectares or 78% are harvestable.
