Shanghai Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has re-planned the route of medical treatment, and the inspection items, logistics and other guarantees are also relatively centralized, which is convenient for patients to seek medical treatment.
Some hospitals stated that they do not require medical staff to participate in night outpatient work, and medical staff can sign up for night outpatient work on a voluntary basis on the basis of reasonably arranging their working hours.
