On July 20, the National Energy Administration held the launch meeting of the second batch of pilot projects and the RCM work promotion meeting of the reliability-centered power equipment maintenance (RCM) strategy research in Beijing. The meeting reviewed the development of RCM in my country over the past year, summarized the results of the RCM pilot work in the previous stage, and put forward specific requirements for the implementation of the second batch of pilot projects.
The meeting pointed out that through the first batch of pilot projects, my country's RCM management system has been initially established, digital applications have been promoted in depth, and the quality and efficiency of equipment inspections have been further improved, fully verifying that RCM can effectively guide power companies to scientifically formulate equipment maintenance strategies and optimize maintenance funds And schedule, reducing operation and maintenance costs, and accumulating equipment management experience, it is worth promoting in the power industry.
The meeting emphasized that the second batch of pilot projects should be based on the first batch of pilot projects, fully absorb experience and achievements, and repair defects and deficiencies. One is to have clear goals and clear thinking. The pilot unit should identify its own position, combine the actual situation of the enterprise, scientifically deal with the "impossible triangle" problem in management, and strive to optimize the safety, quality and cost of equipment management. The second is to highlight key points and pay attention to actual results. During the pilot process, efforts should be made to establish the RCM standard system, strengthen the training of professional personnel, deepen the life cycle management of equipment, build a technology internal communication platform, and actively promote digital construction to make the promotion and application of RCM more vital. The third is to guarantee the quality on time and ensure success. All units should attach great importance to it, strengthen work organization and leadership, coordinate and coordinate units, scientifically formulate pilot work plans, solidify the results of the pilot and summarize experience, and lay a solid foundation for further promotion and application.
The second batch of RCM pilot projects is solicited from the public, and has received widespread attention from the entire industry, and various power companies have actively participated. After the on-site defense of the enterprise and the selection and review of industry experts, 20 projects stood out from many declared projects and were selected for the pilot list. Among them, there are 11 majors in power generation, involving thermal power, hydropower, wind power and other fields; 9 majors in power grids, involving transformers, circuit breakers, combined electrical appliances, four small appliances and other equipment. The pilot project has clear goals and strong pertinence, which can play a good demonstration and leading role in the further promotion of RCM in the country.
