The latest data shows that in the first half of 2023, Vietnam exported a total of 283,000 tons of natural rubber, a year-on-year decrease of 18% from 347,000 tons last year. Among them, the export of standard rubber was 183,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 15%; the export of smoked sheet rubber was 28,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 13%; the export of latex was 69,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 29%.
From January to June, Vietnam exported a total of 507,000 tons of mixed rubber, a year-on-year increase of 13% from 448,000 tons last year. Among them, the mixed export of SVR3L was 121,000 tons, an increase of 40% year-on-year; the mixed export of SVR10 was 382,000 tons, an increase of 7% year-on-year; the mixed export of RSS3 was 6,000 tons, an increase of 7% year-on-year.
From January to June, Vietnam's natural rubber exports to China totaled 71,000 tons, an increase of 18% over last year's 60,000 tons.
From January to June, Vietnam's mixed rubber exports to China totaled 506,000 tons, an increase of 13% from last year's 448,000 tons. Among them, the mixed export of SVR3L was 120,000 tons, an increase of 38% year-on-year; the mixed export of SVR10 was 382,000 tons, an increase of 7% year-on-year; the mixed export of RSS3 was 5,000 tons, a decrease of 6% year-on-year.
On the whole, from January to June, Vietnam exported 790,000 tons of natural rubber and mixed rubber in total, a year-on-year decrease of 0.6% from 795,000 tons last year; a total of 577,000 tons were exported to China, an increase from last year's 508,000 tons. 14%.
