It has applied 36 digital technologies on a large scale, including 12 leading in the industry and 24 at the same level.
On the dismantling end, innovatively build an interconnected intelligent verification system. Through the interconnection of smart devices and digital monitoring of the whole process, real-time monitoring and verification of warehouse, production, equipment, materials and other data ensures the standardized and refined dismantling of waste household appliances.
At the regeneration end, the layout of the industry’s advanced high-quality PCR cleaning and sorting line, relying on advanced technologies such as a recycled plastic pretreatment system, multiple brine washing and sorting systems, and four-kettle parallel hot water washing and friction washing systems, can ensure that metal impurities in waste plastics The removal rate of glass, copper wire, etc. is 100%, and the black spot impurities are effectively cleaned, and the impurity rate is <0.2%. At the same time, it promotes the extension of recycled materials to the downstream high-quality application direction, and explores a new path of green carbon reduction.
